Detectives have launched an investigation after a schoolboy was hurt in a stabbing in Birmingham on Monday 23 May.
The 16-year-old was attacked near to a bus stop on Monyhull Hall Road, Kings Norton at around 8.30am.
He made his way to a nearby school where he collapsed and an ambulance was called.
He is currently being treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
A 16-year-old boy later handed himself in to police and he is being questioned in connection with the assault.
Officers cordoned off an area of Monyhull Hall Road for a short time.
Anyone who was in the area is urged to come forward.
