Daniel John McGrath, who was arrested on Saturday in connection with an incident in Shottery on July 7, has been charged with rape, assault by penetration and robbery.
McGrath, aged 33 and unemployed, of Shottery Road, Stratford will appear before magistrates in Leamington today, Tuesday July 16.
