Two teenagers will appear in court tomorrow (Friday 25 April) to face accusations that they attacked a 25-year-old man in Birmingham city centre just before Christmas.
They were arrested following a public appeal by detectives in January, who released CCTV stills of people they wanted to trace in connection with the alleged assault.
The victim suffered a cut to his eyelid, brusing to his face and a graze on his wrist at 7.15pm on Monday 16 December on the ramp near McDonald’s and New Street Station.
Two boys, aged 15 and 16, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Birmingham Youth Court in the morning charged with assault.
