Staffordshire Police are appealing for information about a missing man from Stone. Officers including specialist search police teams supported by the police helicopter, Staffordshire Search and Rescue Team and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue are currently searching areas in Stone and around the Trent Mersey Canal to find Kieran McColl who is known to most people as ‘Lally’.
Kieran or ‘Lally’ was last seen at around 10.00 pm on Thursday night when he left friends near Stone Town Centre. He is 21-years-old and described as about 5ft 8 tall, a pale completion, stocky/muscular build, with blond shaven hair. He was wearing dark grey pinstripe trousers, a dark blue jumper and a white striped shirt with a white collar, grey tie, a gold chain necklace and zipped black and white hooded coat.
Police are becoming very concerned as he suffers from epilepsy and needs regular medication and could be at risk of having a fit.
Since he was reported missing, officers have been conducting a detailed investigation to locate Kieran, including using the Police helicopter to search the surround areas, however there have been no confirmed sightings since Thursday night.
Additional resources are now searching a wider area from the location he was last seen but officers are urging anyone with any information to get in touch by calling police 101.
