A man will appear at Birmingham Crown court this morning (30 May) where he will stand accused of the murder of Leon Davis who died after being stabbed on a Handsworth street earlier this year.
Police were called to Thornhill Road at around 9.20am on 31 January following reports of a disturbance and found Leon Davis, 55, with multiple stab wounds; he later died in hospital.
Warehouseman, Adum Osman, 36, was detained under the mental health act in February and has remained in a secure mental health facility. He was subsequently charged with Mr Davis’ death this morning (Friday 30 May).
