Two people are due to appear in court on Thursday 14 April to face further charges in connection with the death of a baby in Wolverhampton.
Unemployed 22-year-old Daniel Sanzone from Whitburn Close will appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court charged with murder, causing or allowing the death of a child and neglect.
Eighteen-year-old Zoe Howell, from the same address will appear to face charges of causing or allowing the death of a child and neglect.
Both had previously been charged with other offences after the then two-week-old child was taken to hospital with serious injuries in October 2015.
Sanzone had been remanded into custody following the original charges.
Howell had been on conditional police bail.
The boy spent almost a month in intensive care before passing away on 21 November in hospital, 2015....
